The hospital features two Oklahoma City area locations as well as a network of more than 70 cardiovascular specialists at more than 60 clinics and hospitals across the state.
Oklahoma Heart Hospital was experiencing issues with untimely and inaccurate data produced by its legacy HIS system. These issues were creating significant customer service issues with claim submission, patient statements and charges information; and the revenue cycle team was spending significant time manually correcting and validating data.
